After your initial introduction and safety rules, your day will start with maintenance and husbandry (as that is what we do each and every day, rain or shine, 365 days a year) Then you and our trainers will work all day with our animals, such as Bengal Tigers, African Lions, Asiatic and African Spotted Leopards, Black Leopards, Grizzly Bears, Hyenas, Capuchin Monkeys and more.
You will learn hands on training techniques, applications and husbandry, through our affectionate training methods. Students will be instructed on the traits, husbandry, care, natural habits, and training methods for each animal species. In addition, students will learn about animal training for the entertainment industry, educational programs and animal conservation. 
There is no written exam nor any reading necessary for completing this course. All students receive Certificates of Completion.

Students are expected to attend and be punctual for all classes. Students not attending more than two scheduled classes will be withdrawn from the course. A student late to class without contacting the office will be counted as tardy. (Three tardies = one absence).
Conduct & Disciplinary Actions: |top|
You will be working very closely with other people and around potentially dangerous animals, therefore safety is our primary concern. You will be given a list of rules and ranch policies, which you will be expected to strictly adhere to at all times. This is to ensure the safety of the students, animals and trainers. Any violation of these rules or a violation of any reason deemed of a dismissal will be at the discretion of the instructors due to the clear and present danger involved in and around these animals. Any student willfully causing harm, or threatening to cause harm to any animal at the ranch will be immediately dismissed from the program and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Should any student be dismissed there will not be any refund.
