Minimum Requirements for Admission Working with exotic animals requires some moderate lifting and other physical work, students should be able to lift 40 lbs. Students must be healthy and free from any physical handicaps which could effect their ability to safely and satisfactorily perform the responsibilities required. 14 Day & Weekend Courses: Minimum age is 18 years. Students must be a High School Graduate or GED. 8 or 10 Day Course & Trainer For The Day: Minimum age is 16 years. Teens: Teen applicants must have a B average in school with a letter of recommendation from their teacher and permission from their physician. Parents must co sign the application, general release, and ranch rules & policies. Click here for additional forms for minors. Application and Process Upon acceptance students will be required to provide proof of a recent physical examination, tetanus shot and tuberculosis test

Agreement Hollywood Animals, as HA, agrees to lease to the undersigned, HA animal(s), trainers and/or property for the rates listed above for photography and educational purposes. Refund Policy A full refund is given if; a) if the applicant is not accepted by the school b) if the applicant withdraws no later than midnight on the fifth business day after signing this agreement or made full payment provided the student has not started the school. After five business days, the school may retain the registration and school supplies fees. Students that have attended 1 day of the course will receive 50% of the tuition and after the first day there is no refund. Students must send the school a formal letter of withdrawal requesting a refund within the time restraints. Attendance Students are expected to attend and be punctual for all scheduled classes. Students not attending more than 2 scheduled classes will be withdrawn from the course. A student late to class with out contacting the office will be counted as tardy. (Three tardies = one absence). Code of Conduct Students will be working very closely with other people and around potentially dangerous animals therefore safety is our primary concern. Students will be given a list of rules and ranch policies which they are expected to strictly adhere to at all times. This is to ensure the safety of the other students, animals and trainers. A violation of these rules for any reason deemed of a dismissal will be at the discretion of the trainers / instructors due to the clear and present dangers involved in and around the animals. Any student willfully causing harm to or threatening to cause harm to any animal at the ranch will be immediately dismissed from the program and prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Should any student be dismissed there will not be any refund. Students must send the school a formal letter of withdrawal requesting a refund within the time restraints.
