WE (Parent's Name),_____________________________________________________ the undersigned and parents and legal guardian of (Minor's Name)__________________________________________________ herein collectively referred to as PA , do hereby and for his/her heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, agree to assume any and all risk and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Animal Rentals Unlimited, Inc., Hollywood Animals, The Exotic Animal School, Brian and Victoria Blitz-McMillan, their agents, trainers, volunteers, servants, successors, heirs, executors, and administrators, hereinafter referred to collectively as HA, from all claims, actions, suits, proceedings, expenses, damages and all liabilities, including attorney fees for injuries or damages to me or (Minor's Name) ___________________________________________________ or any of PA's personal property caused by the activities of any animal(s) or by any person(s) engaging in any school or other activities at or on behalf of HA or Ranch, located at 31305 Tick Canyon Road, Canyon Country, CA 91351 and/or any field trips hereinafter will be referred to collectively as Ranch. By signing this Waiver of Liability, PA acknowledges PA understanding that HA activities are inherently dangerous and involve the risk of serious bodily injury and/or property damage. PA also understands that any injury that PA may receive may be compounded or increased by negligent rescue operations or procedures of other HA participants or observers. PA expressly agrees to assume full responsibility for any risk of bodily injury and/or property damage arising out of, or related to, PA participation in and/or PA observance of HA activities, whether caused by the negligence of HA participants, observers, or otherwise. PA fully releases HA, its members, participants, observers, HA officers and officials, owners and/or administrators of land upon which HA activities may be held, and/or emergency medical personnel from any and all liability to PA, PA assigns, heirs and next of kin for any loss or damage on account of injury to PA or PA property arising out of PA own negligence, the negligence of other HA participants or observers, or otherwise.

PA expressly agrees that if at any time, PA feels any HA activity to be unsafe, or if PA observes unsafe behavior on the part of other participant(s), PA will immediately advise an HA official(s) of such observation and/or refuse to participate further in the activity.

PA agrees and acknowledges that PA recognizes the extreme dangers that exist with and around animals maintained by HA and knowingly accept and assumes any and all of the risks thereof. PA grants permission and releases of liability to HA and the McMillans and its heirs, executors, administrators, staff and assigns, to proceed with any emergency care that PA might need while in the class or on the premises.

PA certifies that (Minor's Name)______________________________________________ is in good physical health and has no physical disabilities that might hinder in the care, maintenance, and handling of any animal. If any portion of this General Release and Assumption of Risk is held to be invalid by a court of law, the remaining portions of this General Release and Assumption of Risk shall remain valid and in full force and effect.

WE,(Parent's Name) ____________________________________________________ the parents and or legal guardian of (Minor's Name) ____________________________________________________ have read, understand, and accepts these terms. The undersigned, PA also agrees and understands that the McMillans and or HA can at any time without any notice, either written or verbal, dismiss any student, volunteer, film crew and/or ranch personnel for, including but not limited to: carelessness, breach of ranch rules, personality conflicts, medical and/or any other reason that the McMillan's deem important enough for this type of action. Furthermore, the undersigned acknowledges that he/she waives their right and cannot suit for any reason because of a dismissal at the discretion of the McMillan's due to the clear and present danger involved in and around animals. PA understands that by signing this agreement and release of liability PA has given up substantial legal rights. PA has signed it freely and voluntarily without any inducement, assurance or guarantees being made to PA and intends PA's signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
